Let me start by saying my family and I had already visited so many dealerships that my kids were beginning to think “Test Drive” was our new permanent address. Every place we went, the salespeople looked at our situation like it was a Rubik’s Cube made by NASA. Enter David Stephens — the man, the myth, the automotive wizard. David didn’t just greet us… he materialized like our fairy god-salesman. I swear I heard theme music. My youngest said he sparkled. I don’t know, I blinked. This man took our two old vehicles — one of which I’m pretty sure was being held together by prayers and duct tape — and somehow turned them into two brands-new(ish) cars like he was running a dealership AND a full-service magic show. At one point, I joked, “Man, if you can make this deal happen, I’ll let you name my next kid.” He didn’t even blink. Just whispered, “Chrysler.” And you know what? I’m considering it. The whole time, David had us laughing so hard I forgot we were dealing with paperwork. My wife said she hasn’t felt this much relief since our kids finally slept through the night. Even the kids started asking if we could adopt him. I told them he has other customers to save. By the end, not only did we get the absolute perfect deal, but I think David may have cured my stress, aligned my chakras, and restored my faith in the auto industry. We brought our vehicle in for several recall items and service, and the experience was very positive. The service team was friendly, communicative, and kept us updated every step of the way. We also appreciated being provided a loaner, which helped keep everything convenient. The only small disappointment was that the loaner wasn’t comparable to our Grand Wagoneer, which was something we were told to expect at purchase. Even so, the overall service was smooth and professional, and we truly value the care the team puts into their work.
