We had a great experience purchasing a truck from Chris Hull this weekend. He helped us narrow down what we were looking for and ultimately found the truck we bought for a great price (trucks are expensive!). If you're looking for a no nonsense shopping experience, Chris is your guy. Austin also made the negotiation fun and were able to come to an agreement quickly. We are happy with our experience and will be back for that Jeep soon!

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I didn't have to wait long at all. The gentleman at the front desk was great and the service director Joe was very nice as well. Joe is extremely helpful in giving me all the information on my car from the time I purchased it up to my current oil change and tire rotation. He informed me that I still had several warranties on my car. I shared with him an issue that I was having. He told me to come back and he would have one of his technicians check my spark plugs to make sure that everything was fine with those. The next day I came back and the technician check the spark plugs and confirm that everything was fine. I will be going back to have a maintenance done on my car in the next several weeks.

Chris Hull did an outstanding job of selling us a new 2026 Ram 1500 Bighorn... admittedly we did have problems with web advertised prices vs what the sales mgrs say the price is... but Chris was able to smooth out the difficult situation and get us in the truck we needed & wanted. We would definitely buy another Ram from Chris!

Bear, (Don Gatlin) was a God send for me with the purchase of my vehicle yesterday. In a world of game playing and manipulation, he took ownership of getting the deal done as I requested to meet my needs. No fast talk or running back and forth with the Finance department. He listened carefully,communicated clearly and got it done. I witnessed integrity and fair play in a gotcha business and I'm grateful. 2022 Grand Jeep Cherokee Overland with 4WD service light on. Staff were quick to get us scheduled and make the repairs. While the jeep was there, they perfromed 70,000 mile maintenance. Staff were friendly and answered all questions appropriately. Definately would recommend.

Don Zorn was my sales guy. He came highly recommend by my husband because they used to work together. He will go the extra mile for you, and I knew I was in the best salespersons hands. He took care of every detail, and made sure it was an amazing experience. Eve the BDC director is also amazing, and Tyrone in finance went hard for me to get a great deal with my negative equity situation. The deal was done in 2 hours or less. I’ll be back when it’s time for an upgrade!

June 2026 - had my truck towed to Shottenkirk for service. Jessica took excellent care of me, called when my truck arrived. The next day Brett helped me and kept me informed of the progress. Had my 2025 RAM serviced at Shottenkirk, they did a great job. Brett in the Service Dept was fantastic, he explained everything and kept me informed to the progress.

Great service for oil change/fire rotation. Purchased the 3 yr service from former Shottenkirk Hyundai dealership (now Grand Hyundai- as of a couple months ago) and Grand couldn't honor it (not really their fault), but Shottenkirk Chrysler did.

Customer Service is outstanding! Even minor problems like replacing batteries in a key fob, I was treated like a V.I.P.!!!! Being met with radiant smiles and welcoming greetings is so appreciated! Joe utilizes his down time from Shuttle Duty to engage in conversation and answer questions guiding customers to the proper technician. Joe is a familiar face with a beaming grin. Glee was phenomenal in her quest to satisfy my inquiries, and promptly solved my problem. She made sure my wait time was less than 10 minutes! This is service that can be relied upon. Shottenkirk truly sets the Bar high and follows through. Kudos to the competence and conscientious associates who do a stellar job. I rely on the professionalism and appreciate their expertise.
