Was talking with multiple sales on the 2020 Lincoln navigator L in black. We started talking on Tuesday. My credit was hit we agreed on some terms today Friday. As soon as i hung up I the following text. I told them at the beginning that I was looking at a navigator at an other dealership also. I feel like sales was failing to disclose the seat tear until the end in hopes of me just agreeing. Not a good look and can not recommend a team like this. Edit: I thought well maybe i didn't see something in the pictures of it so I went back and looked. Can't see any damage in the pictures so no wonder they waited until the end to tell me.

I brought my ram 1500 in for a shuttering/misfire I was having. They found the front left coil pack shorted. I decided not to have them replace it because of insurance, not covering it. When I picked up the truck, the coil pack bolt, was no longer there, and the engine cover had been just thrown back on to the engine, and not put back in place. The service girl, (Jess) that checked me in, kept me informed, and was FANTASTIC, but the tecks in the back, seemed to care less about installing, what they removed.

I have had so many issues with this dealer. The main issue I have had is they have tried 2 times to hold my temp tag hostage. I actually had to have an argument with the sales manager in the middle of the show room to get it extended past a few day. When I return back to Texas later this month, I plan on investigating to see how legal this actually is. The manager only extended the tag because I threatened not to sign paperwork they screwed up on. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else.

Had to drop the truck off for some electrical repairs. Jessica noticed how scratched the truck was and told me the detail guys could get it out. She texted me and asked if she could keep the truck an extra day so the paint guy could work on the scratches. It was worth it, they did an amazing job and the truck runs and looks great. It has been very frustrating to deal with this place. The minute you need your car serviced, it’s a total nightmare. Bought my first jeep from them in 2021, after almost a year of having it, it started leaking oil bad. We had purchased their warranty but when we tried to have them pay for the repairs, they wouldn’t do it, so I had to pay $1200 out of pocket to get it fixed at the mechanic shop. Paid that jeep off 2 years earlier and traded it in for a newer one back in October 2024. Richard, the sales guy was good, no issues with him. At the finance department we were talked into purchasing their $3000 dollar warranty since this was a newer vehicle and it was supposed to be worth it… well; the auxiliary battery light came on, and it was also leaking oil. I brought it down to get it serviced and they said it was actually the main battery. I took it to AutoZone to get checked and turned out it had a 2015 battery on it and it was bad. I had to purchase a new one… Shottenkirk did the oil change which of course I had to pay and it was double the price that I normally pay at Ronnie Thompson 😤 for the works package. Drove the jeep back home and less than a week later the check engine light comes on, took it to AutoZone and it was the oxygen sensor and that it’s not recommended to drive your car until the sensor is replaced or it will damage your fuel lines and catalytic converter. I brought it down again to get it repaired, they had it for a week, and called me today to let me know it’s ready to be picked up and that everything was checked and fixed and that I had a deductible of $100 dollars after running it through the Ethos insurance. When we purchased the car and the insurance, no one mentioned anything about a deductible and us having to pay anything out of pocket. What is the point of you paying for a $3000 warranty if the minute you try to get your car serviced for something that it’s supposed to be covered, you’re going to have to pay more money for a “deductible”. Save yourself a headache and money and go somewhere else. Oh, and by the way, my husband purchased a truck with me at the same time that I purchased this jeep and his truck had so many issues that I can’t even remember. We are beyond frustrated with this place.

These people are nothing but liars . They will say anything to sell you a car . If there was an options for 0 stars they have it . I would have any car inspected by a professional . They say they run it through a 90 point inspection but they don’t . Their service and techs aren’t much better . Buy at your own risk .. but beware . I wouldn’t buy from bear or Richard .

I had to return due to them not putting in the correct info. I had codes coming up on the dash after their work. I went in for a recall. It took a good while longer than they said it would and I then had to return. Everyone was very pleasant but no one said they were sorry for my having to come back.

I purchased a car from them back in 2022. We purchased the extended warranty with them just to have extra protection. We ended up selling the car in 2023 and contacted them to fill out a warranty cancellation form. William Harrell emailed us the form pretty quickly. We responded, filled out the form and send it back. Since then we have emailed William 7 times with no replies. We called his number and get no calls back nor answers. Do not buy from them if you'll ever need something done outside of buying the car.

Edit: Had to take my truck in for some repairs, Dustin in the service department went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and happy with my repairs. He updated me along the way as well.

The staff (Everyone) was very welcoming and quick to address any need or question that I had. My experience with the dealership was A+.I had an issue that needed the attention of Dodge/Chrysler and THEY, not Shottenkirk, were very slow in responding and my vehicle was very slow to be repaired. I was given updates almost daily until I picked my truck up. I will most definitely buy from here again and will send my friends and family. I live 1 1/2 hours away and have no problem making the drive for this dealership!!!!!!!

Had a warning light on my dashboard about the stop start so I called Austin yesterday afternoon. He told me to come as early as possible on a Saturday. I was there 730. He got me right and took care of me. Had to replace the auxiliary battery which was called for.

Tried trading trucks and they owed me money. Drove 3 hours one way. salesperson told me they’d have a check, business manger said 2 days. they following is from their manager chad. Good to know how they do business. you’ve been warned No that is ok, if you decided you were going to leave a review based on what happened, perhaps we do not want to earn your business. I am the Pre Owned Director and told you exactly how long it would take to get your check. I did not mince my words at all. Yet you decided to act the way you did based on what a sales person who has been in the business less than 3 months told you. That is ok, and it is your choice. It is also our choice who we do business with. We are a pillar in our community and do things fair, as we showed you great patience. You were supposed to be here days before, and we held the vehicle so no one else could purchase it, and you showed up and acted flippant about everything. Also your choice. I hope the very best for you in 2025 , we will not be doing business.

We went out looking for a tow vehicle for our RV. Stopped at Shotenkirk Jeep in Canton, Ga. ran into Panda 🐼 he is an incredible person. We all know the whole car buying experience can be long and we test drove several Wranglers and finally settled on the white one. Panda and the entire team were amazing we traded both vehicles in for one as we’re about to retire and hit the big road.
