Jimmy Hunes was amazing. He was very considerate and helpful. I did not feel rushed. Jimmy walked me through everything and explained everything.

To be honest I haven’t had the greatest experience with dealerships. Today my schedule had changed and I showed up an hour early. I met with Dustin (service advisor) a very nice and relatable type of fellow. He accommodated my inconvenience, got me in and out of there before my appointment was originally set for. I also had an issue which he was able to take care of without charging. This will be my new dedicated dealership. Highly recommend Shottenkirk and highly recommend Dustin.
